What Does Period Irregularity With Little Cramp Signify?

My period was supposed to come from Tuesday and I haven't seen it up to now but I'm having a little cramps and when I pee and wipe I see very light blood. What could that mean? I did a test on Tuesday and it came back negative. Is it that is did it too early or I'm fine not pregnant

I have gone through your query.The light bleeding can be a implantation bleeding.You can recheck urine pregnancy test again after 3 days.You should better use early morning 1st urine for testing.Hope this may help you.
