Hello SIr, I am applying for a job in UAE. they told me to do chest x ray for any TB scars. At that time i found in my x ray that i have prominent bronchovascular markings. Are permanent markings. what is peribronchial cuffing. what is the treatment. as

these are signs of chronic bronchitis. consult pulmunologist for examination and clinical assesment for diagnosis and advise on treatment these are signs of chronic bronchitis and allergic involvement. it can be treated not related to tuberculosis. sputum for afb can be done it will exclude tuberculosis.
