I WENT TO THE ER WITH RIGHT SIDE PAIN UNDER MY RIB PLUS TENDERSNESS AND DIARRHEA WITH CHILLS OFF AND ON REALLY DARK STOOLS THEY DID A CT SCAN AND SAID I HAD GASTRITIS AND THEY SAW A COUPLE LIVER SPOTS COULD THE CT SCAN TELL IF THERE WAS CANCER IN MY STOMACH IF IT WAS

No, since your CT abdomen says there some pathology ongoing in the liver it needs further evaluation and find out what is causing that condition.
If there was any problem with your stomach it would have been revealed in the CT only. Kindly, get liver enzymes tested and necessary investigation done to come to the diagnosis.
