What Does Pain In The Neck And Lower Back Indicate?

Wonder if I should see my doctor tomorrow ... symptoms started Friday afternoon. Back of neck pain, lower back pain, mild headache, lack of appetite, tired, stomach cramps. No or very low grade fever detected. Chills. Night sweats. No cold like symptoms (i.e. Sore throat, cough, stuffyrunny nose). Work at a high school. Some students have had viral meningitis, mono, flu. Should I be concerned?
