What Does Pain In The Lower Abdomen On The Left Side Indicate?

Duration: six to nine months. S/S: first, it s lower left abdominal pain, then nausea, then excessive drooling, then really = HARD vomiting. Frequency: sometimes several x s in one day...then nothing for a few days. Then it s several x s in a day then nothing. I do not eat beef or pork. Have a normal appetite. It occurs at any hour of day. This morning it woke me about 0130 and I ve had three of these episodes so far. No food in stomach. I sleep at a high angle or have GERD. I ve no food allergies, no change in stools, no bleeding, have normal labwork, and a scope less than a year ago. Any ideas?
