What Does Pain In The Hips Indicate?

Hi I just came from my orthopaedic doctor. I have hip pain and x-rays show the hip joint is OK He called it para.....something syndrome??!! I didn t write it down and now I want to know the name. He has prescribed physical therapy and manual manipulation. The muscles...are inflamed around the greater trocanter, which also has a bone spur. Name ?

if your joint is ok and you are advised exercises and physiotherapy things then you must be having paraarticular stiffness syndrome ..in some cases there is just muscle stiffness or problem at the site of joining of muscles to joint ...
