What Does Pain In The Heels Indicate?
I either ripped my planters fascia or ripped some adhesions in my foot almost 4 weeks ago. I still have slight pain in the heel area.... There are about6-8 small round spots on the heel. They look like small beads under the skin. When I touch them they can t be felt, but they are where the pain is . What could they be?
