What Does Pain In The Buttocks Indicate?

I had a small fall at work about 3-4 weeks ago but bounced right back up and didn’t feel any pain I either landed on my butt or right side But here now for the last 2-3 weeks I think I’ve been hurting really bad here and there on my right side and can’t hardly walk

Hello,

Maybe there is hematoma formed on the right butt which is causing you all the symptoms. usually, it will take some time to heal, probably 1 to 2 weeks.

But your history is quite beyond that. So we need to examine once if you have an abscess in that area. If so, then you will have deep-seated infection there and need to be treated with an antibiotic.

If there is no abscess, then you can be tried painkillers like diclofenac, tramadol, pethidine etcetera which can help subside the muscle spasm and give you complete relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Archana
