Hi my lower stomach has been hurting for the past few months whenever I have bowl movements (like when I try to poop it hurts my stomach) and not much poop comes out usually. Went to my doctor once about it and he just stuck his finger up my butt and told me I was constipated, so didn t solve much there...

Hello,

basically your constipation is causing you this pain since you are not able to pass stool the impacted stools and inability to pass gas causes pain. one of the main reasons for constipation dehydration have lots of fluid unless you have fluid restriction for any other health issues.
