What Does Pain Behind The Knees Indicate?

I am having pain in the back of my knee I don’t feel anything back there but something is not right when we were on vacation I could walk 20 with but I would have to stop and prop my leg up because of the pain and rest for 20 - 30 min.i am thinking bakers cyst but I don’t feel a lump

It would be more helpful if you had mentioned your age, because in elderly, osteoarthritis is a common problem which affects knee most commonly, and that could lead to your symptoms. Rest, analgesics and steroids are the main stay of treatment for osteoarthritis.
Pain may also be due to reduced blood supply to the muscles, leading to intermittent claudication in which case you can try blood thinners to improve vascularity. Garlic helps too. But Doppler scan is required to conclusively diagnose reduced blood supply.
Cyst can be ruled out by Doppler scan too, or you could get an MRI done for the same.
