Hello, I for the past year i have been experiencing numbness in my left pinky and ring fingers. For the past few days i have been experiencing numbness on the right side of my face, in the periatle area of my head, and nerve pain in the left side of my neck leading to the scapula. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pain and numbness face and hands can be a sign of nerve compression most likely at the level of cervical spine. I would advise you to get yourself assessed by a neurosurgeon as soon as possible. He will do a clinical examinations and may also advise an MRI of the cervical spine. Meanwhile you can start taking a multivitamin tablet containing B-complex like Neurobion forte which will help to relieve your symptoms. I hope that answers your question. If you have any further questions please feel free to write.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
