Hi,
Your symptoms are more likely indicating towards allergic rhinitis. other possible causes are common cold due to viral infection, acute bronchitis aggravated either by bacterial/ viral infection, acute sinusitis, viral pharyngitis, pneumonia, tuberculosis. You should go for some investigations like total blood count, chest x ray PA view, skin test, tuberculin test, MRI of nasal area, throat swab culture and sensitivity. Consult an ENT specialist for physical examination and further management. Avoid smoking. Take steam inhalation and tab. paracetamol 500mg 3-4 times in a day. Antibiotic should be selected according to culture report.
Thank you for consulting HCM.
