What Does Nonspecific Fluid In Endocervical Canal Mean?

I am having lower abdominal pain. I had an ultrasound which the impression was: nonspecific fluid within the endocervical canal as wellas, heterogeneous myometrium can be seen I afenomyosis.
I am 54 years old and stopped my menses abruptly at age 50.

1.Endo cervical collection is seen in case of presence of outlet obstruction, can be cervical bulky mass, or uterine causes.
2.The adenomyosis is seen in case of altered echotecture bulky in nature with areas of anechoic regions - its infective / inflammatory cause.
3.Probable symptoms in this case is - DUB - dysfunctional uterine bleed, excessive bleed and pain in pelvic region are seen.
4.Suggeted treatment of choice is hysterectomy. initially a hormonal therapy will be given.
5.There is nothing to worry in your report. It can be treated / operated depending on your medical condition.
