What Does No Cystic Lesions In The Below Ultrasound Report Suggest?

What is mean by my ultrasound result which is, Both ovaries are normal in size with few follicles. No abnormal solid nor cystic lesions are seen. There is no free fluid in the posterior cul-de-sac. Impression:1. Anteverted, normal-sized uterus with mildly thick endometrium.2. Unremarkable cervix & ovaries. 3. Negative free fluid at the posterior cul-de-sac.

Hi I think your report is normal. But I need to know regarding your symptoms. Why you underwent a scan. Regarding your ovaries they are fine. It is normal to have no cysts in ovaries.
