What Does My X-ray Test Report Indicate?

Hi dok my 5mos old baby turn 6 mos this fri.she had an xray result is confluent hazzines at the right upper lung field..cardiac shadow is not enlarged. .intact costrophenic sulci..rest of the structures are unremarkable. . IMPREsSIOn:pneumonia right upper lung field...what does it mean?is ut dangerous dok?really need my baby admit to hospital??thanks in advance..god bless

I really appreciate your concern, the given report need to need to be correlate with x-ray findings if the symptoms are severe then admission in hospital is necessary else it can be managed on out door level, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
