What Does My Urinalysis Report Indicate?

Hi, 17 days ago, i hold my pee for more than an hour. 14 days ago my UTI started. I ve been feeling some a little pain/burning when i am peeing especially in the morning when I wake up, and a very itchy on my internal prostate also sometime in my penis, but no rashes on the skin, its on the internal, especially when i am pressing it. 6 days ago I went for a checkup, and a urinalysis. the result is Yellow, Clear, 1+ on the leukocyte, 7(reaction), pus cells 4-6, moderate bacteria. The doctor prescribed me an anti-biotic. Then after 5 days(yesterday), I went back for a urine test again. The resut is, Yellow, clear +1 on the leuocytes, 5(reaction) pus cells 4-6, moderate occasional. The doctor gave me a different antibiotics. Then this morning, i still have a pain while i am peeing especially on the prostate area, but if i drink liquids the pain is lessen. I am thinking if this is Prostatitis, STD, or i have kidney stones. Please reply! Thank you!

the recent urinalysis report also shows element of infection. labelling prostatitis on urinalysis report is difficult and additional studies like ultrasound or MRI are needed. similarly, for labelling STD, you need further blood tests for specific types of STDs.
infection only on urinalysis report indicates the the infection canbe anywhere along your genital or urinary tract, so further organ specific tests need to be done.
