What Does My Urinalysis For Itching And Burning Sensation In Vagina Indicate?

Hello Dr. I am having a vagina itching with burning sensation while urinating. I went for urine m/c/d and his m/c/s. My urine read pus cell 0-2/hpf and epithelial cell ++ while my swab read pus cell 1-3/hpf epithelial cell ++ yeast cell ++ and a heavy growth of staphylococcus aureus.What can I do?

It is mostly suggestive of vaginal fungal infection for which you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or doxycycline after an expert opinion along with avil or cetrizine for itching. You can take fole 150 mg or use clingen-forte vaginal pessary to put into the vagina once daily for at-least 5 days. Maintain the hygiene of private part either by regular washing or you can use v-wash vaginal gel for local application.
