What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?
I had my abortion done using pills after which o bleeded for a week then i went for and ultrasound after a month which shows endometrial thickness of 10mm and ?retained product of conception/hematoma..my gynea asked me to wait for my period to start sometimes the reamins expeled out with it... Sometimes i feel little pain on right side overy...i am worried if i am having some infection aur any other kind of complication what it is due to?...nd what should i do nxt ?

Retained POC(product of conception) and such symptoms are quite common after such abortion.
However your gynaec is very right in advising for the next flow to flush out.
More over let me add that for any continuous symptom of pain,fever ,dizziness,nausea ,kindly get a consultation with the latest sonography report to plan for a D&C as is done normally.
Please dont worry and stay calm,taking care of your diet and rest.
