What Does My Ultrasound Scan Report Indicate?

Hi Doc, I ws undergone ultrasound of pelvis and the report is showing two hypoechoic lesions noted in the anterior subserosal location of size 38*27mm and 28*25mm .also small seedling fibroids also noted!. Anything need to care? Any suggestions? Thank u

Considering this US report, there is no some clearly concenring finding but I think that CT scan should be done to rule out some other lesions, beside fibroids. If these are fibroids then it doesnt require any specific treatment at this point unless it causes vaginal bleeding or pain.
