What Does My Ultrasound Report Indicate?
Hi i am 31 year old female and i am married.
My period circle is regular no other pcos symptoms apart from weight gain and bloated tummy. I Recently had sever pain in left side of my lower abdominal.
Blood and urine test done al normal.
Ultrasound says:
Right ovary measures 3.10 x 2.43cm
Left ovary is bulky in size measures 4.22 x 2.29cm
Multiple small peripheral follicles in left ovary.

I have gone through your complaints and reports.bulky left ovary ovary with peripherally oriented follicles with pain abdomen needs to exclude torsion of ovary means twist of ovary.needs ti exclude by doppler by assesing vascularity to Doppler.if pain stil persists meet your sonologist to exclude it.if its normal nothing to worry.
