What Does My Thyroid Test Report Indicate?

Dear Doctor, gud morning. I under went CABG surgery in the month of September 2016, From that time Doctor advised to take thyronorm 25 mcg one tablet daily in night time. Till date I am taking . Now I have taking the test Serum T3, T4,TSH andf the reading is 105.7 ng/dl, 6.03,20.75 respectively. Serum TSH results high value. Can I continue Thyronorm 25 mcg or discountinue?

You have to continue thyronorm and probably you may require a higher dose
