What Does My Sonography Scan Report Indicate?

My mom age 48 year I have a report of my mom sonography of abdomen and pelvis It s show that the uterus is bulky size hypoechic area 39.1into30.1 in posterior wall And impression - BULKY UTERUS WITH POSTERIOR WALL FIBROID what are u say about this this is normal or not and what is treatment os this disease

fibroids are benign tumors.
they are generally incidental findings while investigations.
they may or may not cause any symptoms.
if asymptomatic no treatment is required.
if fibroid is causing excessive loss of blood or pain
or pressure symptoms hysterectomy is offered for ladies above 40 who have completed their families.
you have not mentioned why the ultrasound was done.
please consult again with clinical history for definitive management.
