What Does My Semen Analysis Test Report Indicate?
Semen analysis report -quantity-1.5cc,abstinence-4days,colour-pearly white,reaction-alkaline,odour-seminal,total sperm count -8million/ml,active motile-20%,s sluggish motile -20%,non motile-60%. Pus cells -4-6/hpf Culture of semen-non pathogen grown in culture. Will there be an increase in the semen count with the usage of medicines? What are the chances for conceiving?

First of all, it's sad to know what you had been going through lately. Based on the history you have shared, your sperm motility is low and more than 50% sperm don't move at the normal speed.
So you need proper treatment for this and without treatment chances of conceiving are low.
