Hello dear
Understand your concern
Compare your report with normal semen analysis.

Colour: greyish white to straw________________________nirmal
Ejaculate volume: 2 to 6 mL ____________2.8____Normal
Liquifaction time: 20-30 minutes__________28 minutes __increased
Sperm concentration:20-150 million/cubic ml____37.8 million/ml___normal
Active motile sperm : 50% motile at one hour after ejaculation__ total motility 85 % suggest excellent motility.
Morphology: > 4 %_______________________80% normal
Pus cell : up to 5__________2-3 normal.
Fructose: present____________________________normal
You have write total sperm count in cmm but it should be in your total ejaculation volume. its normal range are 40-300 million/per ejaculate.
I think your described value is sperm concentration instead of total sperm count. And sperm contraction per cubic ml is completely normal.
So your report is normal with excellent motility of sperm. You can become the father.
Take diet rich in protein, almonds, rich in vitamin C, E, zinc and magnesium.
Avoid stress, smoking and alcohol.
Do regular exercise like walking and yoga.
Hoe this may help you
