What Does My Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

My husband had a vasectomy reversal 2 months ago. Labs results say, sperm present 15-19, sperm/hpf with 3-4 motile and 10-14 non motile, sperm/hpf. What do these results mean? He submitted the specimen outside the 30min window and will provide another specimen on Friday.

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern...

According to these semen analysis result your husbands has only 15-19 sperms seen under high power field of a microscope & out of these majority 10-14 sperms are motile and only 3-4 sperms are motile. Sperm Count as less as these may not be able to cause natural conception.
So all togethar these semen analysis results indicate infertility of your husband & failure of vasectomy reversal to make your husband fertile again. However he might become a father by IVF(in vitro fertilization).

However, a second semen analysis is always advised. may be we get different result by that.
