General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The cells in paps smear show an abnormal transformation and there is a doubt of suspected malignancy which might have started invading the surrounding tissue. Cervical polyps are mostly benign and not a cause of much concern. You should visit your consultant for further work up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
