What does my nerve conduction study report indicate?

Hi I have had a nerve conduction study done on my right arm. It showed significant carpal tunnel syndrome and at the time of the procedure I had absolutely no problems. However, by the end of the day I developed right shoulder pain which through the night became so strong I was unable to lift my arm the next morning. I could not dress up or brush my teeth, I could not do my hair let alone anything else. It took me three days to settle down. Is it possible this was a side effect of the procedure or not? Thank you kindly for your answer.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, shoulder pain and associated symptoms may not be due to the procedure of nerve conduction study but this could be due to some other cause and that is also may not be matter of concern, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
