General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi!
Since other data is missing like age, gender, alcohol intake, symptoms and the diseases if any suffering by the patient.
It is suggestive of excess deposition of fat in the liver known as fatty liver.
Since the laboratory results are not given, it is difficult to comment on the state of liver.
In addition to the correction of underlying disease, you have to change your life styles like dietary habits: Avoid alcohol & oily foods, eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables, daily regular physical exercise like walking for about 30 minutes atleast.
