What Does My Lipid Profile Test Indicate?

Myself narendra chawla, 42 years old my medicine METOSARTAN 50 is running from last 6 years and last week my lipid profile test showed Cholesterol. 96 Triglycerides 145 Cholesterol HDL 25 Direct LDL cholesterol 42 Chol/HDL ratio 3.8 LDL/HDL ratio 1.7 And doctor advised me medicine Rozavel 10 After dinner so sir kindly help me by advising that whether I should use SALMON OMEGA 3 with it or not and also me with my test report. Thank you

hello, dr.boskey gandhi is here, in your report, cholesterol & triglycerides are normal but your, hdl is less. hdl is good cholesterol for our body. it's value >40mg/ dl. is normal. here its only 25.so u have to take little bit care in terms of diet. of course u can take omega 3.so all the best, take care.
