General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

These can may normal follicles which may grow to develop into ovum however, any cystic lesion should be ruled out. Also a detailed hormonal profile, gynecologist review and fallopian tubes patency should be evaluated. If normal you can concierge and there is nothing much to suggest otherwise in the report you shared.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
