As per my clinical experience, though symptoms are needed to co relate the above lab data with clinical context, the needed information is missing and I can comment that. The level of SGPT and SGOT, GGT are mildly elevated and that happens during early hepatic insult via various infections or reasons; extra hepatic pathologies obscuring the bile drainage via auto immune process or others. A further detailed chat with all symptoms at present and other reports as ultrasound or MRI of the abdomen & pelvis would be of great help to discuss further in this regard.
