Hello and welcome to HCM,
A PPD test is done for tuberculosis.
The X-ray chest shows bi-apical fibrosis.
Bi-apical fibrosis is the fibrosis of bilateral lung fields in the apical region and it is compatible with granulomatous inflammation.
Tuberculosis is one of the granulomatous inflammation.
A positive PPD test and fibrosis on X-ray chest both raise a strong possibility of tuberculosis.
However, demonstration of acid fast bacilli (causative agent of tuberculosis- mycobacterium tuberculosis) is required for confirmation and start of anti-tubercular therapy.
A sputum test may be required for demonstration of acid fast bacilli.
A precious history of Hodgkin lymphoma is a different disease.
Lowered immunity due to hodgkin lymphoma can predispose to development of tuberculosis.

Thanks and take care
