Had an MRI today on Cervical and it stated that I have Mild irregular broad based disc bulge , Mild anterior cord abutment in the midline with mild cord deformation . Mild bilateral neural foraminal narrowing with moderate disc dehydration in C3-4. At C4-5 & C5-6 There is mild irregular broad based bulge with mild AP canal diameter loss & Mild cord abutment and cord deformation mild disc height loss and moderate disc dehydration . General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi there.
Along with the report it would be great if you were to tell me the reason you got an MRI done and your age and comorbidities.
While the report is indicative of Spondylosis and may cause constant neck pain or a pain starting in your neck and going down your arms(I'm assuming), this could very well be non symptomatic age related degeneration.
Hope this helps.
