What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?
My last blood test showed a100.9 MCV. I not a smoker but do have about a six pack of beer a month. I do take antacid over the counter. about two tablets before bed time and red this could trigger MCV. white cells are normal and internal organs are all normal size. Any ideal?

More than 100 suggest macrocytosis...
Your full CBC reports needs to be known for giving more comment
If anemia present then serum b12 checked to rule out early megaloblastic anemia...
Hypothyroidism, alcohol, liver disease etc are other causes for macrocytic anemia
If specific cause found than treatment prescribed accordingly
