What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?
Hi, I just had blood test done. I am a 22 yr old male and my ALT came back high with a result of 60. I very rarely drink nor any drugs etc. I feel I am pretty healthy other than maybe 20 Ibs overweight. Should I be concerned with the high level on my ALT?

Isolated ALT elevation does not have much significance. But you need to be watchful.
Kindly get complete liver function test done so that you will get overall picture.
May be because of your overweight, your liver might have some dysfunction. Avoid oily foods and you can take Vitamin E capsules.
