General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

These liver functions are not grossly deranged as there is mild increase in bilirubin, which is of indirect type so other possibilities like liver inflammation or anemia etc should be ruled out. Rest of investigation is fairly normal.

For reassurance, viral serologies specially hepatitis B and C as well Ferritin levels and ceruloplasmin levels may be needed. Ultrasound abdomen may be done to look for any structural changes in liver. Treatment would depend on the cause and history.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
