what does it mean please? PHYSICAL EXAMINATON color : pale yellow ,appearance: turbid, gravity Qns ,Reaction: Acidic. chemical examination Albumin- nil, Sugar-nil, Phosphates-Present, MIcroscopic examination Epith Cells : present Pus cells : 2-4 , Epithelial cell :0-2, RBC : nil ,Crystals: nil ,Casta: nil Amorphous Material :nil.

I really appreciate your concern, it could be urine analysis report, you have not mentioned it here, any way given report is normal one and it needs to be correlated with clinical condition and other history, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
