Hello

Your findings suggest raised triglyceride and LDL level.
It is important to know cholesterol level.
You may need clinical evaluation and few investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver and renal function test, urine RE/ME and ultrasound of abdomen.

Initially,I suggest diet and life style changes.
Avoid saturated fat and take low of fibers in your diet.
Avoid alcohol, smoking if you take these things.
I also suggest my patients to take tablet atorvastatin 10 mg and fenofibrate 160 mg single dose at night after dinner. It will control elevated lipids in blood.

Get well soon.
Take Care
