Welcome to health care magic.

1.The fullness in the renal pelvis can be seen as a normal variations of the pelvis like extra renal pelvis.
2.The things to be monitored during scan are AFI - amniotic fluid index, and bladder.
3.And regular followup scan - pre and post natal, measurement of AP - anterior posterior measurement of renal pelvis.
4.The possible other cause could be - ureteric obstruction, can be at the level of pelvis - ureteric junction or bladder and ureteric junction.
5.Sugget to get a followup scans. Not a very major issue - still need to keep an eye. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query,
