Hi
I have gone through your complaints and report.prominant bronchovascular markings in bpth lung feilds means both blood vessles of lung and airtubes are prominant.it is usually seen in conditions like severe cough called chronic bronchitis, when xray taken in expiratory position ,means after breathing air out of lungs. Your symptoms are not related to findings so it might be taken in expiratory film.nothing to worry.its not a major problemthe pain of one month which is localised usually musculoskeltal pain .you didnt mention your age and any work that aggrevates pain like walking or any stress.if you are elderly better to take ECG once.
Thank you
Regards
