What Does My X-ray Report Indicate?

hi, I just made a lung x-ray (chest radiograph - PA) and the result is :

Results:
Good inspiratory effort.
The heart and the mediastinum appear normal.
The lung fields are clear.
No focal lung lesion, hilar mass or pleural effusion.
Impression : NO ACTIVE LUNG LESIONS

I have seen your xray report findings.
Its absolutely normal Xray.nothing to worry.this is the normal format to describe Xray to avoid missing of any disease.dont worry everything fine according to imaging.according to this no further imaging or active intervention needed.
