What Does My USG Result Report Indicate?

my usg report says that the both ovaries are enlarged with multiple peripherally arranged cysts of size 4 to 9mm and mildly increased stromal echogenecity are seen.. right ovary measures 38mmx24mmX20mm =10cc left overy measures 37mmx27mmx19mm =10cc is this normal? suggestion for cure plz..
