What Does My MRI Test Report Indicate?

Hi, my MRI reads i have a diffuse pposterior disc bulge at C4 C5 level indenting the anterior subarachnoid space. I have been having neck pain and stiffness along with headaches. Headaches are usually in the second half of the day. It makes me feel so sick. It increases on every neck movement. Headaches are happening since the past 4 months. Also i have pain going through my head when I laugh, cough and sneeze. Can you help me with this this, please. Thanks :)
