Welcome to health care magic.

1.The report suggest there is a pathological fracture / compression fracture at the level of C5-6.
2.The pathological fractures are usually due to the infective aetiology - tubercular should be ruled out.
3.The lung collapse is possibility of the primary source of infection - which causing the vertebral collapse.
4.In this case its helpful to get a CT for lung conditions and the extension of the infection.
5.The area of fracture vertebrae there is spinal canal stenosis - due to pressure effect causing on the spinal chord.

Good luck.
Hope i have answered your query,
