Hello dear Greetings from HealthcareMagic Regarding your MRI report that showed bulge disc with paracentral disc protrusion, bilateral foramen narrowing compression of the right transverse nerve root I am suggesting strongly that you have developed a disc prolapse with Spinal cord compression
In view of this please schedule an appointment with a neurosurgeon for further clinical assessment and surgical interventional procedures to correct the disorders
No it not life threatening and definitely it 100% curable if combined with physiotherapy and surgery is definitely required to correct it however I will advice you start making babies as being recently married to avoid future complication of erectile dysfunction caused by the above diagnosed conditions.
I hope this helps Regards
