What Does My MRI LS Report Indicate?

Hello, It s been more than one year I m having mild pain from hip to toe in my left leg, than I consultant Dr but treatment didn t help me, then I started light exercises n got bit relief not absolute .Now i want to know what should i do what kind of excercises or what should i avoid? Here is my MRI LR spine report Mild posterior disc bulges are seen at L4-L5 & L5-S1 Levels indenting the anterior thecal sac, without significant nerve root compression or neural formanial narrowing. Thanks

No need to worry much for this MRI report.
Start physiotherapy and avoid heavyweight lifting and strenuous exercise.
Apply warm water pad on affected areas.
