After heart attack hypokinetic zones are normal finding. If it is an old heart attack, as in your case, hypokinetic zones will not cure, but you shouldn't worry, you have preserved ejection fraction, which means that mildly hypokinetic anterior wall didn't affect your heart contractility, which is very good. The only concern in your case is to prevent further heart attacks, for which you should follow your doctor prescriptions, not to smoke, have healthy diet, exercise, follow healthy lifestyle
Hope I could help you
Wish you good health
