What Does Mild Aortic Unfolding Seen In X-ray Mean?

I am a woman,70 yrs old, ht 5' 1",wt 68 kgs, moderately active physically & intellectually, Indian, BP,sugar,cholesterol normal.Have osteoarthrities of the knees,I develop breething difficulty,wheezing,as soon as i get cold.have cough too,mostly allergic.Recently I had cold and cough with wheezing,It has lasted mtore than 7 weeks inspite of antibiotics,blood test and medication accordingly.
Today chest X ray was done.Everything is normal, except Cardiac size is normal, "but mild aortic unfolding is seen"
Do I need to see a Cardiologist? What does it mean?

1.The osteoarthritis is normal findings in a 70 years old female - as age related changes.
2.The chest x-ray reveals normal with aortic unfolding - which is normal for the age at times.
3. Unfolding of aorta is seen in the patients with the long standing systemic diseases like hypertension.
4.The underlying diseases need to be keep in control in order to maintain the blood pressure with in limits.
5.If you are facing any difficulty - an echo cardiogram will help to further evaluation, only if you are symptomatic.
