What Does Mean React Lymph +1 In Blood Test?

Hi Doctor , My baby girl had 2 vaccinations after completion of her 12 months and the doctor asked us to do for her blood test. Result shows: 1- React lymph : +1 2- RBC Morph: Normocytic, Normochromics What that mean? Is this something dangerous? What should I do as next step? For your kind advises! Thank you Ahmad

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your reports suggest that you have reactive lymphocytes. It is commonly seen in viral infection,. Your rbc show normochromic normocytic result which is normal. So you may have viral infection. No need to big worry. Just be relaxed. It is not dangerous.
