I am 13 years old and my breasts are slowly developing, however this morning when I was putting my bra on I felt a slight lump in my right breast. I felt around and it seems I have a lump on each breast in slightly different places but basically around my nipple, the right bigger than the left. I haven't told anyone in my family or consulted a doctor because I'm afraid that I might just be paranoid and it might just be part of the growing process but I need to know whether it is serious or not.
